Room Usage Terms
RENTAL TERMS
Please familiarize yourself with the Pärnu Skypark play rules before booking a party room and visiting us! We offer endless playtime joy in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment!
The standard party room package includes party room rental and 15 admissions to the Trampoline and Play Centre area (2 rooms) or 20 admissions (2 rooms).
If more guests wish to use the attractions during the party, additional tickets can be purchased at the main cashier for €6 per person. Entry is free for guests (generally parents) who do not use the attractions themselves, based on a “companion wristband” (a maximum of 2 companion wristbands are issued per party).
An admission to the Trampoline and Play Centre grants access to the area and use of attractions at Pärnu Skypark’s Trampoline and Play Centre during the party. Some paid attractions in the area can be used with euro coins (€0.20 / €0.50 / €1).
The party room price includes the use of the party room for the pre-booked time; in total, you can stay in the Trampoline and Play Centre area with an activated wristband for up to 3 hours. Preparation and cleaning time for the party room is 15 minutes, and the party duration is 2.5 hours. After the party, please clean and vacate the room on time so the Pärnu Skypark team can prepare it for the next event.
Party organizers are allowed to bring their own food and drinks into the party room. Taking food out of the party room is not permitted to ensure the maintenance of Taevapark OÜ’s property. Taevapark OÜ has the right to demand full compensation for damages, especially for restoration of property damaged by food.
Each party room has a mini-kitchen with a sink and a kettle; all necessary utensils for serving your own food must be brought by the organizer.
Outdoor clothing and shoes must be placed in designated lockers. Each party room is allocated a locker for the duration of the party, which can be locked. The party organizer receives a locker padlock key from the main cashier at the start of the party, which must be returned to the cashier after the party. The party organizer is responsible for locking the locker. The party room has coat hooks and shoe racks, but there are no doors, so the area is unsupervised.
It is not allowed to be barefoot in the centre. Guests using attractions must wear socks with rubber soles or non-slip gym slippers in the Trampoline and Play Centre area (to avoid slipping); guests not using attractions (i.e., with a companion ticket) may stay in the area in regular socks/tights.
Taevapark OÜ does not provide childcare services. Children are under the responsibility of their parent(s) or the person who booked the party room, including when the party is led by a party host.
Party rooms can be booked up to 3 months in advance.
Upon successful booking, an automatic booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. If you do not receive the email, please contact Pärnu Skypark immediately at info@parnuskypark.ee.
PAYMENT TERMS
The rental price of the party room depends on the chosen room and the day of the week the party takes place.
When making a booking, you can choose whether to pay only the rental prepayment (35 EUR) or the full rental amount immediately. If you pay the rental prepayment, the remaining amount must be paid on-site at Pärnu Skypark before the party, either in cash or by bank card.
For other services ordered in the booking (catering, additional services), the full amount must be paid immediately in the booking environment.
A valid party room booking can be cancelled or the date changed via the cancellation link in the booking confirmation email or by writing to info@parnuskypark.ee
If the party room booking is cancelled at least 14 calendar days before the planned event, the full amount paid will be refunded. To request a refund, please notify us by email at info@parnuskypark.ee (subject: refund; content: order number and include the payment order).
If the party room booking is cancelled less than 14 calendar days before the event, the amount paid for the booking (including additional services) will be kept as a deposit, which can be used for a new party room booking. The new booking must take place within 1 (one) year from the original event date.
If catering is cancelled at least 72 hours before the party, the full amount paid will be refunded. To request a refund, please notify us by email at info@parnuskypark.ee (subject: refund; content: order number and include the payment order). If catering is cancelled less than 72 hours before the party, you may either pick up the ordered food at the agreed time or the amount paid will be kept as a deposit, which can be used for a new party room booking. The new booking must take place within 1 (one) year from the original event date.
For special arrangements or requests regarding party room cancellation and/or date changes, deposit use, etc., please write to info@parnuskypark.ee

We use both first-party and third-party cookies, which may be session or persistent cookies.
- Temporary or session cookies are stored on your computer only while you are using a particular web browser and are deleted after you close the browser. Session cookies are typically used to provide a more convenient browsing experience.
- Persistent cookies – store your preferences or actions. They allow the website to remember previous choices made by the user (such as username, language selection, etc.) and thereby offer more efficient and personalized features.

Performance cookies show which pages are visited most frequently, any difficulties encountered, and whether website advertising is effective. Performance cookies do not collect personal information, and the collected data is anonymous.

- Targeting/advertising cookies – used to deliver advertisements relevant to your interests and limit the number of times you see an ad. Advertising cookies collect data about browsing habits, enabling the website to display content in line with user preferences.
